OVERVIEW
The BOSHA Sports Medicine Conference is a continuing education activity focusing on the care of athletes. This year's conference will be hosted at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas  and features former Dallas Cowboy and sportscaster Daryl "Moose" Johnston as our special guest speaker.

Daryl Johnston, nicknamed “Moose” by a teammate who said he was a moose walking amongst a field of deer compared to the other running backs on the team, began his broadcasting career in 2000 during FOX's coverage of the 2000 NFL Europe League. He is now a member of the NFL on FOX broadcast team with Kenny Albert. His other broadcasting credits have included NFL Network, co-hosting Inside the Huddle with Craig James on KDFW-TV, The Daryl Johnston Show on KXASTV, as well as the The Moose Call, a weekly radio show on KRLD/KLIF in Dallas.
Mr. Johnston has contributed time to many charities including the Special Olympics, Children's Cancer Fund, Cystic Fibrosis and Literacy Instruction for Texas (LIFT). Additionally, Mr. Johnston is the chairman of “Slant 45”, one of the largest communitywide service-learning programs for children in U.S. history and the largest in NFL history. Along with his contributions to charity, Mr. Johnston is also a principal at 
G9 Turf.

PARKING & ENTRY INFORMATION
Free parking will be available to conference participants and instructions for parking/entry into the stadium will be provided the week prior to the event via email to all registered guests. 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
$55.00 per person if registered prior to noon on 4/19/2017.
Onsite registration fee is $75 per person.
Registration includes attendance at the conference, meet and greet with Daryl Johnston, breakfast, morning break and lunch.

OPTIONAL POST CONFERENCE ACTIVITY
AT&T VIP Guided Stadium Tour - $20 per person
To commence at 2:45 pm following the end of the conference.
90 minutes - Includes AT&T Luxury Suites, Radio and Media Press Box,Party Plazas, Cotton Bowl Offices, Dallas Cowboys Lockeroom. Cowboy Cheerleaders Lockeroom, Post Game Interview Room, Field Access and Commemorative Photo
Available only to conference participants. Not available to late or onsite registrants.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

NURSING CREDIT
The Camenae Group, Inc. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # CEP 14279 for 5.0 Contact Hours.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST CREDIT
This activity has been submitted to the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners for CCUs for PTs and PTAs.
ATHLETIC TRAINER CREDIT
Camenae Group Inc. has submitted application to be recognized as an Approved Provider by the Board of Certification to offer 3.5 hours of CEU’s for athletic trainers attending this conference.
This activity has been approved for 3 hours of continuing education credit for Texas-Licensed Athletic Trainer attendees by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH CREDIT 
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) approved 0.5 CEU(s) for certified individuals attending this event.
